Overview
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 day if he/she wish to. And the Refund would be made within 10 working days with the same payment mode. Our account department would get in touch with you this for.
To return the order, kindly email us with the following details:
- Customer’s Name
- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
- Product ID
- Order ID
- Date of Purchase
- Description of Defect
- Reason for Replacing Product
*Note: All above fields are compulsory to provide in the email.
All returned products must have:
- Their original packaging
- Price Tags
- Original Invoice
Return
Any defective or wrongfully supplied product can be returned within 24 hours after receipt of an order.
To place any return request, please email us at care@spwellness.in with subject line ‘Return Order: Order ID<Provide your Order ID>‘ along with the below details:
- Customer’s Name
- E-mail Address
- Phone Number
- Product ID
- Order ID
- Date of Purchase
- Description of Defect
- Reason for Replacing Product
*Note: All the above fields are compulsory to provide in the email. Once we receive the email from your side, you will be notified of the next step over an email or Phone number.

The time to replace the returned items will be subjected to availability and will be notified to the customer via email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 working days of days.
*Note: If the reason to return the product differs from the mentioned above, the shipping charges will the borne by the customer.
